Every plan says what it covers, how long it runs and how to cancel.
Any class that fits your level, as often as you like.
The same classes, with a term, for anyone who trains most weeks.
For people whose weeks change, or who want to try the room for longer.
The figures for each plan are on our registration page and at your first class.
Drills
Each drill is a short exercise with a partner, a pad and a count. You repeat it until it is easy, then it gets harder.
Scan a room, find the exits and say who is where, then do it again while a partner talks to you. Walking pace, with a count.
Partners step in and out of arm's length with a pad between them, until the gap is easy to read and to close.
A balanced stance, a step in any direction, a pivot. The same patterns every class, so they are there when you need them.
Palm heel, elbow, knee and hammer fist on focus mitts and the bag, in combinations that get longer as you learn them.
Getting free from wrist grabs, collar grabs and holds from the front or behind, with a partner, slow first and then faster.
Short timed rounds with a tired body: the same moves when you are out of breath, with a partner who matches your pace.
Instructors
Three instructors share the schedule, and each class has one of them in front of the room.

Owner and head instructor
Eitan was born in Israel and learned krav maga there before moving to Florida. He teaches the drills and the advanced class, runs the open mat, and speaks Hebrew and English with students.

Instructor, women's class
Dipti teaches the women's class on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, at a beginner pace and at every level after. She starts each class with the drill before the technique.

Instructor, teens and conditioning
Justyna teaches the teen class, the conditioning sessions and the midday fundamentals class. She works with security staff and shift workers on the early and midday times.
Reviews from adult members, teen parents and women's class members.
“The first class started with where to stand and how to breathe. Nobody rushed me, and my partner counted along.”
“Early class works with my shift. The coach shows each drill twice and then we do it until it is smooth.”
“The women's class is the reason I came back. Every class has a plan and a partner who matches my pace.”
Sample reviews.
No. The fundamentals class starts from a stance and a first strike, and every drill has an easier version.
A t-shirt and loose pants or shorts without pockets, bare feet on the mat and a water bottle. Gloves and pads are on the rack.
Yes. Dipti Kalra teaches it on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, at a beginner pace and at every level after.
There are classes at 6 a.m. and at 12:15 p.m. on weekdays, and the last evening class ends at 8:30 p.m.
A first class is the easiest way to see the room and meet your instructor.
